Position Summary

We are seeking hardworking, dependable, and motivated Window Installation Crew Members to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist with the installation of commercial and residential windows, doors, storefront systems, and related construction materials while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Install commercial and residential windows, doors, storefront systems, and glazing products.
• Assist with measuring, layout, and preparation of installation areas.
• Load, unload, and move materials, equipment, and tools safely.
• Follow project plans, specifications, and supervisor instructions.
• Seal, waterproof, and finish installations according to company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy.
• Work collaboratively with crew leaders, foremen, and project managers.
• Travel to job sites throughout South Florida as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in window installation, glazing, construction, carpentry, or related trades preferred.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely.
• Ability to read tape measures and follow installation drawings.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with impact windows and doors.
• Commercial construction experience.
• Knowledge of storefront and curtain wall systems.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday through Friday
• Overtime and occasional weekends as required by project schedules
