Pay Rate: $18 – $21/hour

What You’ll Do

• Install windows and doors in newly constructed homes
• Work closely with your team to complete quality installations
• Communicate job site updates, issues, and improvements clearly
• Follow all safety guidelines and OSHA fall protection procedures
• Use tools like cordless drills, levels, and nail guns
• Climb ladders and work at heights as needed
• Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs regularly
• Deliver professional service and help manage customer expectations

Preferred Qualifications

• Construction or homebuilding experience
• Window and door installation experience
• Valid driver’s license
