What You'll Do

• Install custom blinds, shades, shutters, draperies, and motorized window treatments
• Provide outstanding customer service in customers' homes
• Read work orders and complete installations accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and workspace
• Work independently while supporting your teammates
• Represent Blind Ambition professionally on every job
• Ensure every installation meets our high standards for quality and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Comfortable working on ladders
• Experience using hand and power tools

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

• Window treatment installation
• Finish carpentry
• Cabinet installation
• Trim carpentry
• Remodeling
• Construction
• Glass or door installation
• Skilled trades
