Job Description:

The PFT Supervisor has oversite of the Pulmonary Function Test (PFT) Lab, including equipment and staff, by assisting the PFT Lab Medical Director with running the lab. This position includes the ability to treat patients as a respiratory therapist as well as coordinate the administrative duties of the program. This position is responsible for coordination of all aspects of UofL’s program with the State of Kentucky to treat pulmonary-related workers’ compensation and disability claims through the Pulmonary Function Tests (PFT) Lab.

Education:

• Bachelors Preferred

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years RT experience
• Program Coordination and Leadership (preferred)

Licensure:

• Certified Respiratory Therapist or Registered Respiratory Therapist license (required)

Certification:

• Certified Respiratory Therapist or Registered Respiratory Therapist license (required)
• BLS Required
• ACLS strongly preferred
