Super Region Leader with a focus on strategy, continuous improvement, developing standards, Core Pillar engagement and driving excellence through AI tools and other creative mechanisms.

Key job responsibilities
Develop Strategy
Drive Continuous Improvement
Develop KPI tracking mechanisms and AI Tools
Lead discussion and follow up for the Super Region
Coordinate and drive Pillar engagement (Safety, People, Reliability, Cost, Standards, etc)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, Economics or other related fields

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master of Business Administration

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
