What You Will Be Doing:

• Coordinate all site construction activities and staff on assigned projects
• Set up and maintain an organized and clean job site
• Direct all field personnel to achieve project completion on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship
• Participate in and facilitate cost control measure related to changes at the project

What You Need for this Position:

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on field experience with slab on grade and wood framed construction
• Minimum of 3 years of multifamily construction and supervision with job hard costs in excess of $10 million

Skills & Specialized Knowledge:

• Excellent communication skills with employees, vendors, and subcontractors
• Possess the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and recognize and address work related issues
• Advance knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
• Able to promote and ensure job site safety
• Good client management and goodwill building ability
• Understands scopes of subcontract and purchase orders
• Effective time management and logical decision-making ability
• Ability to handle pressure
• Strong focus on quality
• Competence of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel and Word
• Knowledge and experience in Procore or similar Project Management Software is a plus
• Ability to travel

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
