Superintendent

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Superintendent to lead and oversee all construction projects The Superintendent will manage crews, assist with preconstrcution, coordinate subs, and implement best safety practices to optimize operational performance. A proactive leader with strong technical expertise and excellent management skills will thrive in this role dedicated to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Duties

• Lead and supervise pipe crews.
• Develop, implement, and oversee construction plans.
• Help distiguish change orders and additional work
• Assist with Scheduling
• Fill in for foreman when they are on leave. Know how to use equipment is essential.
• Maintain detailed documentation and daily reports.
• Enforce safety protocols related to excavation and pipe installation.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience

• Previous management role
• Experience with a computer or tablet
• Hands on experience using equipment and running a crew
• Reading plans and contract documents
• Strong background in managing maintenance programs using CMMS platforms for scheduling and recordkeeping.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, and drive operational excellence.
• Knowledge of safety regulations for Trench and Excavation
• Effective communication skills in English for clear documentation and team collaboration. Join us as a Superintendent to lead our facilities into a future of innovation! Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
