Supermarket Manager

Qatar

Operational Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations ensuring efficiency and profitability.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
  • Implement company policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
  • Manage pricing, promotions, and visual merchandising according to company standards.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and health/safety compliance.

Staff Management:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise store staff including department managers, cashiers, and stock clerks.
  • Create staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
  • Monitor employee performance and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Motivate and develop team members through coaching and leadership.

Customer Service:

  • Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly.
  • Train staff on customer service best practices and policies.
  • Maintain a welcoming and organized store environment.

Sales & Financial Management:

  • Monitor sales performance and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Work towards achieving store sales targets and profitability goals.
  • Prepare sales reports, budgets, and financial records.
  • Minimize stock loss and control shrinkage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
