Job Overview

A Total Solution CPA & Consulting Services, Inc. (ATS) is seeking an experienced Senior Auditor to join our growing Tax and Accounting business line. This individual will play a key role in leading assurance engagements, supporting client service delivery,contributing to firm growth initiatives, and helping shape the future of the practice.

In addition to engagement responsibilities, this position offers a pathway to firm leadership through participation in talent acquisition and development, quality management oversight, business development activities, and strategic growth initiatives. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to influence the expansion of the firm's assurance practice while building long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Active CPA license or an intent to obtain the certification
• At least 2 years of audit experience including planning, field work, and audit reporting; preparing reports, and communicating findings
• At least 1 year experience overseeing quality management program
• Experience with nonprofit clients preferred
• Passion for maintaining/building client relationships
• Experience managing engagement budgets
• Ability to travel as required (less than 5%)

Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule and lead all aspects of assurance engagements.
• Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with clients (travel less than 5%)
• Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen

Pay: $85,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
