Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Supervision Control Support & Reporting Analyst to join our Field Service – Supervision & Efficiency group. This role is pivotal in supporting the supervisory model for all Field Service Employees and managing various control testing and reporting functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in the Non-Financial Risk Assessment, ensuring the effectiveness of both existing controls, policies/procedures, and supporting firm-wide remediation efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the accuracy of the control profile for the Field Service Organization
  • Participate in the annual control testing program to ensure the effectiveness of existing controls
  • Document program details and review testing results
  • Support the governance process for the Field Service Employee Conduct framework including the Pre-Hire Review Process and Enhanced Review Process.
  • Create data analysis reports to assist with metrics reporting and management reports and identify trends and opportunities through data analysis
  • Support ad-hoc data requests.
  • Assist in PowerPoint presentation development for management and business partner meetings
  • Provide additional support for ad-hoc projects within the Field Operations organization

Skills Required:

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for work
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in data management and reporting
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • High attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • BA or BS degree is preferred, but not required
