Supervisor

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced MEP Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works at project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, project specifications, and safety standards while managing site teams and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the daily activities of MEP work on-site (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting).
• Ensure execution of MEP works as per project drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Coordinate with civil and architectural teams to resolve site conflicts and ensure smooth work progression.
• Monitor installation work for quality and compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct inspections and ensure timely completion of work as per project schedule.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure resource availability (materials, tools, manpower).
• Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports and submit them to the MEP Engineer/Project Manager.
