Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily moving operations including packing, loading, unloading, and unpacking.
• Assign tasks to crew members and monitor performance to ensure productivity and service quality.
• Inspect moving equipment and vehicles to ensure proper maintenance and safety compliance.
• Ensure customer property is handled with care and transported securely.
• Conduct pre-move surveys and plan logistics to optimize resources and time.
• Maintain detailed documentation, including job orders, inventory lists, and delivery confirmations.
• Resolve on-site customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
• Train new movers and drivers on company procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, company policies, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for storage and delivery requirements.
• Report daily job completion, manpower usage, and any incidents to the Operations Manager.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 1–5 years of experience in the moving, logistics, or transportation industry.
• Previous supervisory or team leader experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of moving procedures, packing materials, and equipment.
• Familiar with UAE geography and local moving regulations.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy items when required.
