About the Role

We are currently hiring a Supervisor who will be responsible for assisting to manage the daily operations of the restaurant, mentoring and coaching of all FOH staff to achieve the objective of providing the highest level of customer service and performing as an effective link between management and staff.

Responsibilities

• Follow superior’s directives to ensure efficient and profitable restaurant operations.
• Participate in management and department meetings; keep restaurant management informed of issues and seek input when needed.
• Oversee accurate stock counts and maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and government regulations.
• Supervise daily opening and closing, cleanliness, lighting, and equipment performance checks.
• Maintain safe working conditions for staff and guests, resolving safety concerns quickly.
• Manage staff schedules, rotations, grooming standards, and uniform condition; cover floor supervisors during absences.
• Motivate, train, and develop employees to support professional growth and strong team performance.
• Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally and perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• BA degree in Business Administration, or a Hospitality Degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
• Fluent in English
