Supervisor

Site Management & Operations

• Supervise daily on-site activities to ensure construction adheres to the architectural and structural drawings.
• Manage the layout and marking of foundations, column positions, and boundary walls.
• Oversee the erection of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) structures, ensuring proper bolt tightening and alignment.
• Supervise specialized warehouse works such as VDF (Vacuum Dewatered Flooring)/Trimix flooring, loading bay construction, and ramp grading.

2. Team & Subcontractor Coordination

• Assign daily tasks to labor teams (masons, welders, helpers) and monitor their output.
• Coordinate with subcontractors (electrical, plumbing, fire safety) to ensure their work does not conflict with civil progress.
• Maintain discipline on-site and resolve minor conflicts among workers.

3. Material & Inventory Management

• Receive and inspect incoming construction materials (cement, steel, aggregates, roofing sheets) for quality and quantity.
• Maintain a Daily Stock Register (DSR) to track material usage and prevent pilferage or wastage.
• Forecast material requirements 2–3 days in advance and raise requisitions to the procurement team.

4. Quality Control & Safety

• Ensure concrete mix ratios and curing processes are strictly followed.
• Enforce site safety protocols: ensure all workers wear PPE (helmets, vests, boots) and follow safety norms during height works (roofing/truss installation).
• Conduct quality checks on welding joints, brickwork, and plastering.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare and submit the Daily Progress Report (DPR) via WhatsApp or email, detailing work done, labor count, and material consumption.
• Maintain the Measurement Book (MB) for billing verification of subcontractors.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
