Supervisor

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of proven supervisory experience on construction sites in the UAE, with strong knowledge of safety standards, site management, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities on the construction site to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
• Manage and lead site workers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Monitor construction progress and quality, ensuring adherence to project specifications and standards
• Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site
• Prepare daily progress reports and communicate updates to project managers
• Identify and resolve issues that may delay the project timeline
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution
• Ensure availability and proper use of materials, tools, and equipment

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE construction site supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations in the UAE
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office and project management software (if applicable)
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
