- Address issues affecting service quality promptly.
- Provide training to new and existing staff members.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels effectively.
- Control costs and optimize resource utilization.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and training.
- Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and key performance indicators.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic understanding of financial aspects, such as budgeting and cost control.
