Supervisor

  • Supervise and motivate restaurant staff.
  • Provide guidance and support for a positive work environment.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings for updates and training.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service is consistently delivered.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Monitor and improve guest satisfaction levels.
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Conduct regular inspections for cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Address issues affecting service quality promptly.
  • Provide training to new and existing staff members.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels effectively.
  • Control costs and optimize resource utilization.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and training.
  • Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic understanding of financial aspects, such as budgeting and cost control.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to QAR2,200.00 per month
