Supervisor

Minimum of Five (5) Years of experience in logistics, transport operations, or warehouse management within heavy industries such as aluminium smelting, oil & gas, steel, or manufacturing, including at least two (2) Years in a supervisory role.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline, or a Diploma with relevant experience.

Proven experience in supervising multi-disciplinary teams, including drivers, forklift operators, and warehouse personnel, within a 24/7 operational environment.

Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office, with working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP (MM Module) for inventory management, reporting, and operational tracking.

Strong understanding of logistics operations, including transportation planning, fleet coordination, material handling, container management, and inventory control.

Sound knowledge of HSE regulations, incident reporting, and safe working practices within industrial environments.

Demonstrated leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage operations across multiple shifts and stakeholders.

Pay: Up to QAR6,000.00 per month
