Supervisor

• Ensure strict operational punctuality by monitoring that all LPG retail shops open and close exactly on schedule.Maintain rigorous check-and-balance systems by auditing physical LPG cylinder inventory against daily digital sales logs.
• Supervise multiple retail shop locations, conducting regular on-site visits to evaluate staff performance and customer service.
• Reconcile daily cash and digital transactions to prevent financial discrepancies and guarantee accurate billing reports.
• Enforce safety and attendance compliance, verifying that shop staff follow standard hazardous material handling protocols and meet shift schedules.
