We are looking for a highly skilled, experienced Auto Denting Section Supervisor to lead our body repair team and maintain our strict standards of precision and quality.

Job Summary:

As the Auto Denting Section Supervisor, you will manage the daily operations of our workshop's denting and structural repair section. You will be responsible for leading a team of auto denters (panel beaters), ensuring all bodywork, panel alignment, and chassis repairs are done to perfection before vehicles move to the paint department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise, assign, and monitor daily tasks for auto denters and body repair technicians.
• Quality Control: Inspect all bodywork at various stages (panel beating, alignment, welding, and pulling) to ensure the vehicle's body lines and structures match factory specifications.
• Workflow Management: Coordinate smoothly with the workshop supervisor and the auto painting section to keep vehicle deliveries moving seamlessly and on schedule.
• Technical Guidance: Guide the team on complex accident repairs, chassis pulling, aluminum welding, and working with modern luxury car materials.
• Damages Assessment: Review job cards, assess the extent of body damage, and determine the most efficient and safe repair methods (repair vs. replacement).
• Safety & Equipment Upkeep: Ensure all pulling machines, welding equipment, and hand tools are safely operated and maintained, enforcing workshop safety protocols.
• Coordinate and Report to HR Department for employee relations.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of solid experience in automotive denting/panel beating, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leader role within a professional workshop.
• Technical Knowledge: Expertise in modern dent repair techniques, chassis alignment systems, spot welding, oxygen-acetylene welding, and fiber/plastic repairs. Experience with high-end luxury cars is highly preferred.
• Language: Good communication skills in English. Ability to communicate effectively with a multicultural workshop team (knowledge of Hindi/Urdu or Arabic is a strong advantage).
• Leadership Skills: Strong personality to manage team pressure, handle strict delivery timelines, and maintain a high standard of work.
• Precision: Exceptional eye for detail regarding vehicle symmetry, body lines, and panel gaps.

• Base Salary: AED 3,000 to AED 4,000 per month (negotiable based on technical and leadership expertise).
