Supervisor - Beauty World

Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelors with 4 to 5 years of experience in Cosmetics, Skin Care, Hair Care & Perfumery preferably with renowned beauty brands and modern retail environments.

-Female profiles will be preferred

Responsibilities:
-Manage the day-to-day operations of the Beauty World section including cosmetics, skincare, fragrances, haircare, and personal care products.

-Train and coach team members on product knowledge, customer handling, grooming, and sales techniques.

-Ensure proper stock replenishment and availability of fast-moving items and monitor stock levels, expiries, damages, and shrinkage.

-Ensure proper arrangement and visual merchandising of cosmetics, skin care, hair care, and perfumery products.

-Ensure excellent customer service and provide product guidance to customers.
