Job Summary

Aivirtrix is looking for a Supervisor – Domestic Inland Procurement to support and manage procurement practices for domestic logistics services. This role focuses on vendor sourcing, RFx support, contract administration, vendor performance monitoring, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in RFx process management: support RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes for sourcing domestic logistics services.
• Identify and evaluate domestic logistics vendors (trucking, warehousing, distribution).
• Support contract administration including drafting, compliance, and tracking renewals.
• Monitor vendor performance and assist with implementing corrective actions.
• Conduct market research and assist with cost optimization initiatives.
• Prepare reports on vendor performance, logistics efficiency, and procurement activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support logistics strategies.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Provide guidance to junior team members in procurement processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in domestic logistics and transportation procurement (required)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (required)
• Vendor management and contract administration experience (required)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently (required)
• Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook (required)

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience supporting RFx processes and cost-saving initiatives (preferred)
• Knowledge of logistics industry trends and technology (preferred)
• Ability to mentor or train junior procurement staff (preferred)

Education & Experience

• Associate’s Degree required
• 4–6 years of experience in supplier management or logistics procurement

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit at a desk or computer for extended periods
• Lift/carry up to 20 lbs
• Stand/walk periodically

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
