Supervisor- Electricity (Metering)

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor (Metering) with strong expertise in smart metering systems and AMI technologies to oversee installation, maintenance, and field operations, ensuring efficient execution and compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise installation, maintenance, configuration, and troubleshooting of smart meters
• Oversee AMI systems and smart meter communication technologies (RF Mesh, GSM/GPRS, NB-IoT, BPL)
• Support Meter Engineers in inspections, verification, and documentation activities
• Coordinate daily with contractors to ensure smooth execution of field operations
• Manage work orders, meter systems, and overall field activities
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve metering and communication issues
• Ensure QA/QC compliance and accurate data recording and reporting
• Lead field teams, schedule tasks, and ensure adherence to safety standards
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and progress updates using MS Office tools

Requirements:

• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in electrical metering with supervisory responsibilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering
• Strong experience in AMI systems, smart meters, and communication technologies
• Proven leadership and field supervision experience
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
