Supervisor (ELV)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily installation of ELV systems including:
• Fire Alarm System
• CCTV & Surveillance
• Access Control
• Public Address/BGM
• Nurse Call System
• Data & Structured Cabling
• IPTV/MATV
• Building Management System (BMS)
• Ensure all installations are completed as per approved shop drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
• Monitor routing of conduits, cable trays, trunking, and raceways ensuring proper alignment and clearance.
• Oversee installation of panels, devices, sensors, and equipment racks.
• Coordinate with ELV engineers for design clarifications and technical instructions.
• Work closely with electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection supervisors to avoid clashes during installation.
• Ensure all materials, cables, devices, and tools are available for daily work activities.
• Support engineers in inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure cable terminations, labeling, and device installations follow QA/QC requirements.
• Assist in system testing such as continuity, insulation, loop testing, device testing, and system integration checks.

Qualifications & Skills:

• ITI/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• 2-4 years of experience as ELV Supervisor in MEP contracting.
• Strong understanding of ELV systems, low-voltage cabling, and equipment installation.
• Ability to read and interpret ELV drawings, schematics, and device layouts.
• Familiarity with QA/QC processes and safety standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)

Experience:

• PROJECT EXECUTION: 3 years (Required)
