Supervisor Environmental Services
What We Offer:
The Supervisor of Environmental Services will partner with the department manager/director to support daily operations of all aspects of the environmental services team. Responsibilities include daily operations, team member oversight, regulatory compliance and assignments from the department director/manager. The Supervisor of Environmental Services will assist team members in daily cleaning assignments and hands-on assistance as needed. Qualified candidates will have high customer services skills and focus on team engagement.
What We're Looking For:
Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 2 Year / Associate Degree, preferred. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.- Experience: Two years of environmental services experience or related experience preferred, preferred. One year of leadership experience, preferred.

Additional Skills (required):
- Knowledge and practice of hospital cleaning and disinfection practices.
- Operational knowledge of labor management.
- Ability to monitor the successful completion of daily, periodic and terminal cleaning.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems.
- Basic office skills, including ability to use Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills.
