Team Leadership & Scheduling
- Supervise, train, and support the facilities maintenance team to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality work.
- Develop and manage work schedules, prioritizing tasks and coordinating with contractors and vendors for specialized services.
Facility Operations & Maintenance
- Oversee daily facility operations including cleaning, repairs, and general upkeep to maintain a safe and functional environment.
- Monitor and implement preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems to reduce downtime and ensure optimal performance.
Compliance, Safety & Problem Resolution
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations through regular inspections and corrective actions.
- Respond promptly to facility-related issues such as equipment malfunctions or emergencies, minimizing operational disruptions.
Vendor & Equipment Management
- Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee the operation, maintenance, and inventory of tools, equipment, and machinery; ensure timely procurement of necessary supplies.
Budgeting & Project Coordination
- Assist in preparing and managing the facilities maintenance budget, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Support planning and execution of facility projects including renovations, expansions, and improvements, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and safety checks.
- Prepare and present operational reports to upper management, highlighting performance metrics and improvement opportunities.
Miscellaneous Duties
Perform additional duties as needed to support the team and overall business objectives.
Required Qualification:
Bachelor's degree - Business Administration or equivalent.
Years of Experience:
3+ years of relevant experience in Facility
