We’re Hiring: Supervisor – Fresh Warehouse

Department:  Outbound Logistics
Reports to: Team Leader – Fresh Warehouse

NADEC is looking for a Supervisor – Fresh Warehouse to oversee daily operations within our cold storage facility. This role is critical in ensuring efficient handling of perishable goods, maintaining cold chain integrity, and driving safety, quality, and operational excellence.

 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage and distribution of fresh products
• Monitor temperature‑controlled environments and ensure compliance with cold chain requirements
• Oversee receiving, inspection, storage, and dispatch of perishable goods
• Manage inventory processes including stock counts, cycle counts, and reconciliations
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to improve efficiency
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, hygiene, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with transportation and internal teams for timely loading and unloading operations
• Conduct inspections and audits to identify risks and improvement opportunities
• Train and supervise warehouse staff, promoting a culture of safety and teamwork
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in cold store operations

  Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Logistics / Supply Chain preferred) 
• 2–3 years of experience in cold storage, warehouse operations, or logistics
• Prior experience in a supervisory or team leadership role is required
