Supervisor FTTH

JJOB DUTIES

• · Lead and manage FTTH field teams to ensure timely and high-quality deployment.

· Monitor and improve quality standards across all FTTH installations and maintenance activities.

· Coordinate with planning, deployment, and vendor teams to ensure project timelines and SLAs are achieved.

· Troubleshoot and resolve complex fiber-related issues escalated from field staff.

· Ensure adherence to health, safety, and operational guidelines during deployment and maintenance.

· Prepare progress reports, maintain documentation, and track KPIs for FTTH operations.

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Skills:

· Strong FTTH technical knowledge (fiber splicing, OLT/ONT, troubleshooting).

· Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

JOB REQUIREMENT

• DAE (Electronics, Electrical, Telecom, IT, CS) or B-Tech (Hons.)
• 2 to 4 Years relevant experience
• Age 18 to 35 Years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

• DAE Diploma in electrical/IT/Telecom? (Required)
