Supervisor - Hard Facilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coordinate, and monitor all MEP works at the site.

• Review MEP drawings, materials, and method statements to ensure compliance with project requirements.

• Plan daily site activities and allocate tasks to technicians and subcontractors.

• Ensure all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing installations are carried out as per standards and approved procedures.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MEP systems.

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance.

• Coordinate with other departments (Civil, Safety, QA/QC) to ensure smooth workflow.

• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update project managers.

• Verify material deliveries and ensure proper storage and handling.

• Monitor manpower productivity and ensure optimum resource utilisation.

• Ensure adherence to UAE regulations, local authority requirements, and company policies.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MEP supervision, preferably in UAE.

• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, drawings, and construction practices.

• Ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Familiarity with safety standards and site protocols.

• UAE driving license (preferred).
