Supervisor I - Security (Kuwaiti National)

Job Description:

Assist the Security Supervisor in supervising and coordinating the activities of the security team.
Assist in scheduling shifts, tasks, and patrols to ensure optimal coverage and security effectiveness.
Supporting security operations, including access control, and monitoring.
Assist in maintaining a visible and vigilant security presence to deter and detect security breaches
Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and breaches, following the guidance of the Security Supervisor.
Support in coordinating the response to incidents and liaising with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary

Required Qualifications:

Preferred Experience:

At least 5 years of experience in security position, Ministry of Interior, Army or similar entity

Job-Specific Skills:

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to stay composed and make rational decisions in high-pressure situations.
Basic knowledge of security equipment and technology is beneficial
