We have an opportunity for a Supervisor - India Accounting & Compliance to join our Finance team in Bangalore, reporting to the Senior Director, Global GL & Intl. Controller. In this pivotal role, you will lead the accounting and compliance operations for a group of Infoblox entities, driving financial integrity, operational excellence, and audit readiness. Collaborating closely with Payroll, Treasury, Tax, HR, and external consultants, you will ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting that supports our growing global business.

Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do

• Lead month-end close activities including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with corporate, statutory, and local accounting standards across multiple entities
• Review and validate balance sheet reconciliations, cash entries, and cost-plus revenue accounting
• Oversee prepaid amortization, allocations, fixed assets, and lease accounting for accuracy and completeness
• Prepare monthly balance sheet flux analysis and key financial insights for leadership review
• Drive process optimization, automation, and system enhancement initiatives across finance operations
• Coordinate statutory, tax, and internal audits ensuring compliance with Indian GAAP, GST, and income tax laws
• Manage tax filings including advance tax, TDS, SFT, transfer pricing, and CbCr documentation
• Oversee ROC filings (XBRL, MGT, MSME, CSR) and GST compliance including GSTR1, GSTR3B, LUT, and SEZ/STPI submissions
• Collaborate with auditors, tax consultants, and cross-functional teams to resolve queries and ensure audit readiness
• Lead and mentor team members, fostering accountability, compliance excellence, and professional growth

Be Prepared — What You Bring

• 8+ years of progressive experience in audit, accounting, and compliance within multinational or shared service environments
• Strong expertise in Indian GAAP, Companies Act, Income Tax, and GST regulations
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion or SAP, and reconciliation tools like BlackLine
• Demonstrated ability to manage audits, lead month-end close, and drive process improvements
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance; CA or CPA qualification strongly preferred
• Proven ability to navigate complexity, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced global environment

Lead audits for multiple entities, identify process improvement opportunities, and drive automation initiatives. Be recognized as a trusted expert in accounting, compliance, and statutory operations, delivering flawless results and developing future finance leaders.
