Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare yourself and your team for the scheduled work.
  • Create and manage work schedules for the supervisors and the team.
  • Prepare a material consumption list while loading the truck with packing materials.
  • Get the material list authorized by the store in charge.
  • Verify that the materials loaded match the specifications in the work order.
  • Provide drivers with a detailed route plan.
  • Update the customer in case of any delays in reaching their premises.
  • Greet the customer and conduct a walkthrough of the premises to identify items to be moved.
  • Assess the volume of items and report any deviations to operations immediately.
  • Collect payment in advance and provide a receipt. Obtain necessary signatures from the customer.
  • Plan the move based on the customer’s preferences and priorities.
  • Brief the team on the tasks and share any special instructions about the move.
  • Assign team members based on their skills and the nature of items in each room.
  • Ensure proper packing/housekeeping is done by making random visits to each room at regular intervals.
  • Ensure the team complies with all HSE requirements to ensure a safe working environment
  • Stay on-site and assist crew members until the job is completed.
  • Ensure all items are properly packed and labeled with descriptions (item,room, nature of the item).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in moving, relocation, logistics, freight forwarding, or customer-facing sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of UAE relocation and moving services.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
