Supervisor Maintenance

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Supervisor – Maintenance to join our team in South Delhi. You will be responsible for overseeing maintenance activities and ensuring equipment uptime and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, repairs, and shutdowns to ensure maximum equipment uptime and reliability
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules, procedures, and standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
• Collaborate with operations and other departments to ensure smooth functioning and minimal downtime
• Manage and control maintenance inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory maintenance role
• Mandatory experience with Domino’s, Pizza Hut, or McDonald’s
• Age between 25 to 35 years
• Candidates residing in South Delhi only
• Strong knowledge of maintenance principles, practices, and procedures
• Good problem-solving and communication skills

• 9-hour shift (Day/Night)
