Over the past year, we launched McD Connect , our global Digital Employee Engagement and Communication App, now live across 27 markets worldwide. Looking ahead, we plan to expand even further in 2026 and beyond.
We’re seeking a Digital Employee Engagement Supervisor to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving change management, content creation, and internal communications. You’ll support new market launches and collaborate with existing markets, and global teams, to enhance content strategies and engagement initiatives.

You will be part of the Digital Employee Engagement team within GBS.
Who are my customers?
You will collaborate closely with Global People, Technology and Impact colleagues based globally and in market, alongside Global and Market Legal, Operations, Insights and Marketing.
