Supervisor ( Matcha Bar )

We are looking for qualified candidates ( preferred Saudian )to fill the Supervisor position for our expansion:

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years experience as Supervisor in Matcha Bar

Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome and communicate with guests.
• Encourage the guest by suggestive selling and promote products.
• Enhance and give information about the products by interacting with guests.
• Ensure to provide quality products.
• Prepares matcha products according to standard.
• Attend to guests needs and inquiries
• Ensure to follow cash handling procedures and cash register policies.
• Assist the Store Manager with accounting and banking responsibilities.
• Inventory of stocks.
• Replenish by placing orders from the suppliers according to store needs.
• Follow the commitment to service - Guests are always the priority – everything else waits.
• Train the team members
• Ensure the comfortable and clean environment of the guests.
• Delivers prompt service, quality beverages and products.
• Adheres to operational guidelines.
• Coordinate with Managers regarding store policies, rules and regulations.
• Clean and organize the service area and locate the resources and product as needed.
• Supervise and support the staff.
