Supervisor – Production and implementation

• Supervise and manage daily workshop production line.

• Allocate tasks to production team members, ensuring optimal resource utilization.

• Supervise and guide workshop personnel, including fabricators, installers, and other production staff.

• Enforce health and safety regulations and maintain HSE related documents and certifications.

• Troubleshoot technical issues that arise during production and provide quick solutions to maintain workflow efficiency.

• Cost control – minimize loss of material/labour and maximize efficiency/productivity.

• Make site surveys to verify measurements, and identify potential challenges such as structural constraints, electrical access, or environmental conditions. To ensure accurate planning, proper material selection, and compliance with safety regulations, reducing the risk of costly errors or delays during installation.

• Plan and coordinate logistics for smooth mobilization of material and workers.

• Conduct internal meetings with management and support staff to continuously assess and improve production capabilities.

• Adhere to timelines and report any constraints and implement effective solutions.

Experience

• 2 to 3 years UAE experience with signage, advertising and fitout company.

• UAE driving license.
