Job Summary:

The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the polyclinic, ensuring smooth workflow, efficient patient services, and compliance with healthcare standards. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating with doctors and administrative teams, handling patient concerns, and maintaining a safe and professional clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the polyclinic.
• Oversee front office, nursing, housekeeping, and support staff to ensure smooth functioning.
• Monitor patient flow and ensure minimal waiting time with effective scheduling.
• Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and grievances promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and clinic policies.
• Support doctors and medical staff by coordinating appointments, diagnostics, and treatments.
• Monitor stock of medicines, consumables, and other supplies; coordinate with procurement as required.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on operations, patient inflow, and staff performance.
• Train and guide staff to maintain high standards of service and patient care.
