Supervisor Sales

The job holder is responsible for the quantitative and qualitative outputs within his geographical area. The incumbent is expected to deliver on outputs through the successful supervision of his team and business processes.

The team supervision entails:

· Dedicating time to spend with each member to coach, and train in the field to ensure the team delivers on outputs and builds competences to develop in the future. A key area is to focus on is building the capabilities of the sales merchandisers.

· Managing people processes (journey plans, trade activities, vacation plans).

· Building solid communication within the team to ensure good practices are shared.

Moreover, the job holder needs to focus on building/managing effective business processes to ensure:

· Accurate Reporting (sales targets, outputs, LTA & STA/activities implementation, budget management)

· Timely/effective implementation of trade marketing activities.

Effective management of the merchandisers outputs

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 54.0 per week
