Key Responsibilities

Daily Site Visits: Visit all retail locations daily to ensure smooth workflows, perfect 'scooping standards,' and total commitment to quality assurance.

Warehouse & Stock: Conduct frequent warehouse checkups. Manage the movement of stock, ensuring the logistical cycle from warehouse to shop is seamless.

Q-Commerce & Delivery: Manage daily online orders, including invoicing and appointments. You are responsible for ensuring deliveries are correct and on time.

Business Development: Build relationships with mall management/event coordinators and scout for new locations or event opportunities.

On-site Management: Lead the setup and teardown of event booths, displays, and catering stations.

Market Insight: Report on competitor activity and customer trends observed during daily visits to support the KSA strategy.

Staffing: Manage the weekly rosters and ensure we have the right staff in the right places for shops, events and catering orders.

Onboarding: Provide hands-on training for new hires so they understand our brand from day one.

Discipline: Monitor attendance and morale, escalating any performance issues to the HR Manager.

Motivation: Foster a positive team environment and maintain high levels of employee engagement.

Support in updating and monitoring of all mandatory portals, including SFDA, SABER, Baladyah, Ejari, and any others depending on the need.

Health & Safety: Ensure all shops follow local regulations and that all staff have updated health permits.

Reporting: Consolidate daily sales and verify that all cash deposits are reconciled accurately.
