Job Vacancy: Supervisor with Driving License

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day operations on job sites and property management projects.
• Coordinate tasks and assign responsibilities to team members, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.
• Oversee site safety, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
• Regularly inspect work to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
• Manage inventory and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and availability.
• Report project progress, issues, and achievements to the management team.
• Ensure that all documentation and paperwork related to work orders, maintenance, and inspections are accurately completed.
• Drive to various sites and locations across Abu Dhabi as required.

Requirements

• Current Residency in Abu Dhabi: Applicants must already be residing in Abu Dhabi.
• Valid UAE Driving License: Required for site visits and transportation of materials.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in general contracting, property management, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, etc.).
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in construction and property management.
• Language: Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Availability: Immediate joiners will be given preference.
