Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for retail members, corporate partners, and wellness programs.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with distributors, gym branches, and external retail/e-commerce channels.
- Identify and launch new sales channels and complementary product lines.
- Manage inventory and supply chains, including demand forecasting, stock-level optimization, and order fulfillment.
- Oversee procurement processes, renegotiate vendor contracts, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Uphold product quality and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with marketing to design and promote supplement campaigns across in-gym, digital, and external channels.
- Work with finance and sales teams to align revenue forecasts and budget targets.
- Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams to streamline operations and logistics.
- Track KPIs, including sales growth, inventory turnover, forecast precision, and fulfillment rates.
- Prepare operational dashboards and performance reports for leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field; advanced degrees are an asset.
- Minimum 5 years in operations, supply chain, or sales—ideally within supplements, nutrition, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and operational skills.
- Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems and MS Office tools for tracking and forecasting.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards in the food, nutrient, or supplement space.
