Supplement sales and operation Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for retail members, corporate partners, and wellness programs.
  • Establish and nurture partnerships with distributors, gym branches, and external retail/e-commerce channels.
  • Identify and launch new sales channels and complementary product lines.
  • Manage inventory and supply chains, including demand forecasting, stock-level optimization, and order fulfillment.
  • Oversee procurement processes, renegotiate vendor contracts, and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Uphold product quality and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design and promote supplement campaigns across in-gym, digital, and external channels.
  • Work with finance and sales teams to align revenue forecasts and budget targets.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams to streamline operations and logistics.
  • Track KPIs, including sales growth, inventory turnover, forecast precision, and fulfillment rates.
  • Prepare operational dashboards and performance reports for leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field; advanced degrees are an asset.
  • Minimum 5 years in operations, supply chain, or sales—ideally within supplements, nutrition, or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and operational skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems and MS Office tools for tracking and forecasting.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards in the food, nutrient, or supplement space.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
