What You Will Do:

• Attend supplier activity meetings with internal and external business partners
• Interact with external suppliers to clarify data and needs
• Monitor tracking sheets and communicate status
• Escalate supplier request based on completion deadlines
• Prepare and report status updates
• Close out supplier request when completed

What You Will Bring:

• HS Diploma or GED
• 2+ years customer service experience in a B2B setting
• Demonstrated experience using a CRM database [Customer Relationship Management]
• Intermediate experience with MS Office suite
• Time management skills
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Proactive problem solver

Pay Range: $20 to $25 per hour, FT Remote

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements:

• This position is classified as Remote within the United States.

Travel requirements: Due to the nature of the work, less than 5% of travel is required.

Citizenship requirement: Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
