Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Supplier Development and Market Enablement Manager to join our Strategy & Supplier Development and Market Enablement team in Everett, WA or North Charleston, SC.
The Commercial Supply Chain Stability Team is seeking a First Line Manager to oversee Market Enablement and Supplier Development for Europe and the Americas. In this role, you will manage a team of Supplier Development Specialists and Market Enablement Project Managers, focusing on the growth of both new and existing suppliers, as well as the execution of our country commitments.
You will leverage data, observations, industry trends, and internal feedback to provide strategic oversight and guidance, ensuring that supplier development plans align with our category strategies. You will also integrate with cross-functional teams to ideate and implement on country commitments, many of them through supply chain. Your leadership will be crucial in developing and motivating employees, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and enhancing supply base performance.
Our team is currently hiring for a Level K Supply Base Management Manager.

Summary pay range (Level K): Everett, WA: $129,600 - $150,500
Summary pay range (Level K): North Charleston, SC: $121,500 - $141,075
