• Salary: $60,000/year

As a Supplier Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for driving supplier excellence through robust performance analysis, effective issue resolution, and strong cross-functional collaboration. You will ensure suppliers meet agreed quality, delivery, and compliance requirements, while proactively identifying improvement opportunities and mitigating risk across the supply base.

What Youll Do

• Investigate and resolve supplier nonconformances and collaborate with suppliers and management to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Resolve paperwork issues to ensure documentation accuracy and compliance.
• Develop, maintain, and distribute supplier performance scorecards tracking quality, delivery, responsiveness, and compliance metrics.
• Support supplier setup and approvals within internal systems.
• Identify, document, and resolve product escapements.
• Lead or support supplier improvement initiatives to enhance overall performance and reduce supply risk.
• Escalate chronic performance issues and support supplier corrective action planning in partnership with Purchasing and Quality leadership.

What Were Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred; or minimum of three years of direct experience in Aerospace or Defense Purchasing, Supplier Quality, or related function.
• Ability to investigate and resolve issues using formal root cause analysis methods.
• Strong internal and external communication skills, with emphasis on clear and professional written communication.
• Knowledge of aerospace specifications and related compliance requirements.
• Ability to analyze the impact of change across products, suppliers, and processes.
• Strong data analysis skills, including trend recognition and interpretation.
