Job Description
The Supplier Quality Analyst, Sr. works closely with senior managers to gather relevant data, conduct quality related analysis and generates reports to implements quality plans and procedures in support of supply chain operations with a concentration on supplier quality. Ensures that supplier performance and quality standards conform to established company and regulatory standards and assists in performing quality audits to ensure compliance. Reviews, analyzes and reports on quality discrepancies and data related to supply chain operations. Investigates problems and recommends disposition and corrective actions for recurring discrepancies. Requires developed communications skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders. Recommends corrective actions, dispositions, process optimization and modifications. Ideal candidate develops knowledge of the business and how different functions interact with quality. Must have strong communication skills both verbal and written.

The ideal candidate should have:
  • Participate and collaborate with a Corrective Action Team and Continuous Improvement Team;
  • Developing methodology for gathering data to support quality-related analyses;
  • Validating and analyzing data to inform business improvement;
  • Developing and distributing reports in order to monitor status or drive decision making;
  • Presenting complicated quality data to management in a clear, concise manner;
  • Planning and executing process or ad hoc audits;
  • Maintaining supplier quality systems;
  • Guiding cross-functional teams in the development or maintenance of business process documents;
  • Mentoring junior members of the quality team in analytic tools and techniques and developing data packs;
  • Evaluating supplier risk and compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements through various internal and external tools in a fast-paced environment;
  • A self-motivated starter that can contribute to a team or accomplish individual tasks;

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree and 2-4 years work experience or equivalent experience;
  • Working knowledge of the principles & purpose of Supplier Quality Management
  • Skilled in supplier performance management, evaluation of risk and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficient in key systems & tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Experience in Aerospace or Defense Industry
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification or other professional certifications
  • Proficiency in writing processes & procedures

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $81156 - $137964

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
