Supplier Quality Engineer - Entry Level

Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE)

We are seeking an Entry-Level Supplier Quality Engineer to ensure the quality of purchased materials and supplier processes. The SQE will investigate and resolve supplier nonconformances, drive corrective actions, and collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Procurement, and Manufacturing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve supplier nonconformances
• Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement with suppliers
• Manage First Article Inspection (FAI) processes
• Support quality improvement initiatives and report on KPIs

Qualifications:

• BSc in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
• Experience in Manufacturing or Quality Assurance a plus
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes (CNC, injection molding, extrusions, stamping)
• Familiarity with product drawings, specifications, measurement tools, and SPC
• CQE, CQA, or CSQP certifications preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $34.48 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
