Supplier Quality Engineering Lead

In this role, you will impact the future of Honeywell by driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring that our suppliers meet Honeywell's quality standards and strategy.

• Mentor and guide SQEs in quality systems and supplier management techniques.
• Set strategic direction for supplier quality initiatives and lead the team in achieving quality objectives.
• Analyze both quality and business metrics to drive improvements and ensure compliance with Honeywell's quality standards.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 6+ years of experience in supplier quality engineering or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of quality engineering practices and methodologies.
• Ability to analyze quality and business metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience with supplier audits and performance improvement initiatives.
Proficiency in quality management systems and tools specific to supplier quality.
