Supplies Ordering Executive

Robust Support & Solutions is looking to hire an "Supplies Ordering Executive".

Office Location: PECHS, BLOCK 6, Night Shift: 8PM to 5AM – Six days a week – Monday till Saturday – On-site Position.

Job Overview:

The Supplies Ordering Executive is responsible for sourcing, ordering, and managing inventory of supplies and material required at our Retail stores in US. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, negotiating terms, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring timely delivery to meet operational needs.

Main Accountabilities:

• Receive and review purchase requisitions from various departments.
• Source vendors and evaluate quotations based on price, quality, service, and delivery schedules.
• Place and track orders for supplies, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams to maintain optimal inventory.
• Liaise with suppliers and resolve issues related to delays, quality, or pricing discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders, and supplier data.
• Prepare and submit regular procurement reports and cost analyses.
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and external regulations.
• Collaborate with finance for timely invoice processing and payment.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs or improve efficiency in the supply chain.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a procurement or supply chain role (2-3 years preferred).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
