About the Role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join the EMEA Startup Supply Chain (SSC) team of one of the world’s largest E-commerce companies. This role is essential in ensuring seamless supply chain operations, supporting everything from demand planning to supplier payments for new site launches and retrofits across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Manage demand planning and process high-quality PR/POs on time

🔹 Oversee end-to-end material flow — from receipt through payment and budget closure

🔹 Resolve material escalations (e.g. damages, incomplete deliveries – ~150/year)

🔹 Investigate and close Claim as Delivered (CAD) disputes

🔹 Lead Invoices on Hold (IOH) resolution for pricing or quantity mismatches

🔹 Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, and Operations to close open items

🔹 Build strong cross-functional relationships with PMs, vendors & IT Supply Chain

🔹 Track KPIs, generate reports, and support the financial health of projects

What We’re Looking For

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)

✔ 3+ years in supply chain, demand planning, or inventory management

✔ Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

✔ Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/MRP tools (e.g. Coupa)

✔ Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail

✔ Proven ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
