The primary purpose of this engagement is to implement procurement activities based on data-driven insights, ensuring that all sourcing strategies are aligned with the operational and strategic needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

The personnel assigned under this engagement shall be responsible for:

• Translating analytical findings into actionable sourcing strategies and execution plans.
• Carrying out procurement activities, including but not limited to the execution of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotations (RFQs), direct negotiations, and single-source procurement initiatives.
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders to validate project scope, confirm timelines, and align on sourcing methodologies.
• Engaging with suppliers and managing end-to-end tendering processes from initiation through to contract award.
• Ensuring that all procurement documentation is completed, maintained, and compliant with internal procurement policies and procedures.
• Monitoring and reporting on key project milestones, tracking progress, outcomes, and realized savings.
• Utilizing internal systems and tools (including but not limited to Coupa) to manage and record procurement activity and project performance.
