Integra Mission Critical is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Analyst with deep expertise in data analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), and KPI development to join our team. This role will be responsible for leveraging advanced analytics and AI tools to provide actionable insights, optimize supply chain performance, and enable data-driven decision-making across all sites. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to transform complex data sets into strategies that drive measurable outcomes in cost, delivery, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data across procurement, inventory, warehousing, planning, logistics, and supplier performance.
- Develop and implement advanced AI and machine learning models to improve demand forecasting, inventory optimization, supplier risk assessment, and production planning.
- Build, track, and manage KPI dashboards that measure supply chain performance, including forecast accuracy, inventory turns, on-time delivery, fill rate, supplier performance, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics) to ensure analytics and insights are aligned with operational objectives.
- Use scenario modeling, predictive analytics, and optimization techniques to support strategic decision-making and contingency planning.
- Drive automation and digitalization of supply chain reporting, reducing manual work and enabling real-time visibility.
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Continuously evaluate new technologies, data tools, and AI platforms to enhance supply chain capabilities.
- Support SIOP (Sales, Inventory, & Operations Planning) processes by providing accurate data analysis, KPI tracking, and insights into supply/demand alignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Business Analytics, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in supply chain analytics, business intelligence, or operations analysis (preferably in a manufacturing or mission-critical environment).
- Proven experience applying AI/ML tools and data analytics platforms (e.g., Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar) to solve supply chain challenges.
- Strong background in data visualization and dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar).
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and ERP/MRP systems (CostPoint, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated success in developing and tracking KPIs to drive supply chain outcomes.
- Strong statistical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work cross-functionally, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
